We accept current styles and models of clean clothing, toys and equipment. No stained, torn, wrinkled or damaged items are accepted. Anything that needs batteries must come into the store with working batteries.
Some of the things we consider when sorting clothing:
Defects, i.e., stains, tears, wear, pilling, wrinkling, alterations
Season (fall and winter from July to November and spring/summer from January to May)
Newborn to size 10 sells better than size 12 to 18 (pre-teens styles changes quickly).
Recent styles of children's clothing (from the last 3 years), baby equipment current style/model, and meets safety and date of manufacture regulations.
We accept more popular brands like Gap, Gymboree, Children's Place, H&M, Mexx, Old Navy, etc. No value brands like George, Cherokee, Bum, Teddy's Choice, Baby V, Nanette, etc. Our customers prefer name brands at resale prices.
Packaging and Bringing in your Items
We're open Tuesday to Saturday. You may bring in articles during the 1st to the 15th of the month.
We are seasonal. We accept fall and winter items from July to November and spring and summer articles from January to May. Items will not be accepted in June and December. Our store follows a 20 item (to bring in) policy for clothing drop-offs.
We offer consignment and you can be paid in cash or store credit after your items have sold.
We usually try to go through the items with you - our sorting team determines what we'll take. We'll return items to you, or donate them to selected charities with your permission. Please note that due to limited storage facilities, items not accepted must be picked up within one week of our notifying you, by telephone or email
